Frequently Asked Questions

Can you still service the pool if I put a cover on it?

Answer: The main type of cover is a Loop-Loc. If you have this type of cover then no problem. Our pool techs carry a cover tool that we can use to loosen one corner to gain access to the pool. When we are done we will anchor the cover back. Any other type of cover such as a plastic tarp or net cover, please leave a small corner that is easy for us to un-cover. Solar covers are the blue or grey plastic sheets with bubbles on them. On these covers we will need to flip a large section back to treat the pool. We will not put the cover back as that part of the pool needs to stay uncovered for a couple of hours.
