Frequently Asked Questions

Why was the service tech only in our back yard for 30 seconds?

Answer: When your pool tech arrives, he will test the water and add everything necessary to keep the water balanced. If the test comes out good he will not need to add anything to the pool and he will sign and date the service record card and leave. All this can usually be accomplished within 30-45 seconds. There should be no worry about this as our pool techs service around 250-275 pools a week and get extremely fast and efficient at what they do. If you are worried or concerned then please feel free to call us and talk with one of the service managers.
